Display formats
- Leaderboard, 728 × 90: below the main navigation on most pages and between the header and body of articles.
- Square, 300 × 250: in the homepage content flow, in sidebars, and within article text.
- Skyscraper, 160 × 600: a sticky sidebar unit on desktop screens.
Ads never appear on our legal pages or inside the main navigation, and we keep them at least a paragraph apart in articles.
Sponsored articles
We accept a limited number of sponsored articles that fit our readers, such as travel services, luggage, or destination guides. They're clearly labeled as sponsored at the top of the page, written to the same accuracy standards as everything else, and never framed as a hotel review.
Editorial independence
Advertising and editorial are kept apart. No advertiser can buy a place on the TSG 50, change a review, or see a story before it's published. Hotels can advertise too, and they'll still be reviewed honestly.
